We are happy to refund you for any product you buy from us if you feel it has not delivered the performance effects desired. Simply send the remainder of your product back and we will refund you the remainder of what is left minus any p&p.
All product will be weighed and refunded at a pro rata rate.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. You will subsequently receive a dispatch email when the order is processed. We process all orders first thing in the morning on all working days. We do another sweep of all ‘Next Day’ orders at 1pm.
We offer the following delivery options:
1. Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery in the UK - £2.95 - FREE all orders over £35
All orders over £35 will receive this delivery service automatically for free. All other orders we process, will be shipped with Royal Mail. This delivery service is untracked and you don’t need to sign for your order. Royal Mail details this service will take around 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
2. DPD Next Working Day Delivery in the UK – £4.95 - FREE all orders over £50
All orders over £50 will receive this delivery service automatically for free. The order has to be placedbefore 1pmto be received the next working day. Please bear in mind that orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be received on Monday.All orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Once the order is handed over to DPD, you will receive a confirmation email or text message from DPD, which will include your tracking number. DPD will continue to keep you updated on the delivery process and will provide you with a one-hour delivery slot. Any changes you wish to make to the delivery, please visit the Hermes website with your personal tracking details.
Next working day only applies to Mainland UK addresses. It excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
